Ryan serves as the Designated Broker of RBR & Associates. Since entering the real estate industry in 2006 Ryan has worked in both the residential and commercial real estate industries. Working in both commercial and residential Ryan has become skilled in numerous aspects of real estate and brokerage. Ryan has also been the principal on numerous real estate investment transactions. Drawing from over a decade of experience in brokerage and as an owner, Ryan brings a broad perceptive and high level of understanding to better serve each of his clients. Prior to RBR he worked in the banking industry underwriting and servicing commercial and residential loans. Ryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. When not working at RBR Ryan enjoys riding motorcycles, playing golf and spending time with his wife and three children
As a native to the Phoenix area, Rory has developed a deep understanding of the complex Phoenix real estate market. After graduating from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Rory started gaining experience in various sectors of the Arizona real estate market. Rory acquired his Arizona real estate license in 2011 and his background in finance and broad range of real estate investment experience has been a vital part of the success of his clients. Outside of the real estate market, Rory enjoys playing golf and riding motorcycles, but most of all Rory is an aviation enthusiast. He is a licensed private pilot and enjoys going anywhere he can fly a plane.
Brian brings over a decade of real estate experience to RBR & Associates. Brian is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona with a primary focus on land transactions ranging from 6 lot custom home developments to 28,000-acre master planned communities. Through his numerous transactions, Brian has developed relationships with many of the valley’s largest land owners as well as developers and homebuilders. His skills include: identifying acquisition land opportunities, market research, feasibility studies and financial analysis of target properties. Brian graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In his free time, Brian enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his wife Krissi and daughter Matilde.
